Leadership and the One Minute Manager

Kenneth Blanchard in Leadership and the One Minute Manager presents some insightful ways into managing your team while also managing your time. This book is definitely worth your time and is an easy read.

The point that I enjoyed the most is the incredible insight into management styles. Kenneth points out 4 different core management styles and explains the ways in which to apply them. Along with the four management styles, he also chronicles the emotional journey that your team members go through as they reach the different stages of competency.


As always Kenneth's easy to read style blends well with his common sense approach to business dynamics. I definitely recommend this book to everyone and specifically those who are team leaders and managers.
