Upon speaking with many different providers in the Oklahoma City market, we ultimately decided to use Diverse CTI, who came highly recommended to us by multiple sources. On a more exciting note, we decided to use a new phone technology, called SIP, that is proven to work and will drastically reduce our ongoing communication costs. Although we've only had the system for a short time, we are very pleased with both the technology and the service provided by Diverse CTI.
