After talking with Dell yesterday, I was upset that the Server wasn’t able to be repaired. I call CTI office at 6;00 p.m. thinking I would just leave a message. But no, Michael answered and within less than 5 minutes Bill was calling me on my cell phone re-assuring me that he would pull Eduardo from whatever was scheduled for him tomorrow to come over and help me with the installation. That’s impressive, both Michael and Bill were concerned and quick to make sure that the issue would be resolved! And it was so, Eduardo was back today to do the Windows 2008 install. He was able to get about 75% done. He is amazing, I am so pleased with CTI! Thank you and your company for being customer orientated. Eduardo, was knowledgeable, kind and efficient with the installation and restoring the Server back to its functions. We still have the Symantec backup and a few other things left to be done tomorrow. Eduardo has a conference call in the morning, and he left me instructions to call Symantec and work with them until he arrives. As I told Eduardo today, when Jesse emailed me yesterday with concerns about the Server I really felt special, thanks Jesse! So, all is well and I feel really good about the restored Server. I will keep you posted and again thanks for the excellent service.
